The Firm

Hollis and Co has grown steadily to the point where we now have eight members of staff maintaining relationships with over 300 clients. Each client has a dedicated manager who understands that client’s ambitions. We believe in connectivity, in uncovering what makes the client tick and then providing added value services at every opportunity.

The highly skilled, trained and qualified team at Hollis and Co has a simple ethos of being a “right first time” organisation. That’s why every member of the team has a comprehensive Continuous Personal Development plan; ensuring we have the right breadth of skills and knowledge to keep us up to speed with the latest developments. No owner manager likes facing problems that’s why we aim to remove as many as possible before they arise.

Our strength lies in understanding what it is to be an owner manager of a business. Many of our clients don’t have the resource of an in-house finance manager and rely on us to provide those services. With clients that do have in-house expertise we fit in seamlessly, complementing and bolstering the existing resource like a valued member of the family.

While our client base is spread across a wide range of sectors including wholesale, retail and training consultancies, we do have strong relationships with property related businesses and employment agencies.

Hollis and Co is not a run of the mill accountancy Firm, but then, none of our clients are run of the mill either – and we would not want them to be any other way.
